Joe Biden loves the control he can wield when 65% of America thinks he is driving America further off course. If you cannot govern with a consensus, use the tools that allow you to control the masses. You may remember that Biden invoked the same act during the Pandemic to force masks onto our faces and needles into our arms. This time, it is not a worldwide disease. Joe is protecting us from but the evil gas stoves in our homes. Knowing that people cannot make decisions themselves, Joe acts on our behalf. The gas stoves and heat pumps are just the latest round of appliances the Biden Administration has taken control of in the name of Climate Change.

The Democrats disguise their motives by telling us their actions and policies are for our best, but Americans are waking up to this movement. This Master Plan to combat Climate Change is part of America’s transformation. Every step the Left takes is to restrict our mobility and to manipulate our personal space. America is a mobile society, and Americans love the freedom to move about at will and to relocate to areas that better fit their thinking and desires. Democrats want to stifle our mobility so they can design and control demographics. This way, they can draw Congressional district lines to assure Democrat control of the Government. They do not want people to exit California to states with more personal freedoms or flood to Florida to solidify its Red political leaning. They want you to stay where they put you and then sprinkle in illegal immigrants to assure their power base.

This is precisely why the Left is pushing so hard to have us all in Electric Vehicles, or no vehicle at all, as quickly as possible. Gasoline powered cars are the symbol of independence and mobility. We love our cars and are reluctant to use alternatives such as mass transit. There are no schedules, predetermined routes, and nothing controlling your voyage except your hands on the wheel and your foot on the gas. This dynamic scares the hell out of Democrats and why they are using Climate Change as an excuse to put chains on Americans.

Some states, Blue states, are jumping on board by implementing laws that parallel the Left’s desire to outlaw gas-driven vehicles. NJ, California, and Michigan, to name a few that would like to see us all plugging in by 2035. Joe is testing the waters by implementing the Defense Production Act. He knows these policies will never become law, with the vast majority against a mandate to switch to EV vehicles. His test will not go well, and the court cases will line up to shoot down his plans. But just like the Student Loan Forgiveness Plan, he knew it was illegal, but the mere promise of relief bought votes and avoided a Red Wave.

There is no emergency unless you want to go with Al Gore’s existential threats from 25 years ago, Greta Thunberg’s, or even Congresswoman Cortez. According to these three, we are already underwater. Climate Change is real, and sometimes the change goes down, which is why we no longer call it Global Warming. It is not the existential threat that is posed by our nuclear armed foes, but the Democrats go back to the well whenever they cannot get consensus, and that is where we are now. So get your hands off our gas stoves, air conditioners, lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and, absolutely, our cars. If you want to do something worthwhile before you leave the White House, turn on the drills and start drilling for oil again. That will get you a consensus.
