Three of the best the Democrats have to offer appeared before Congress last week to testify about the Sanctuary status of their states. These three governors, who have either proclaimed themselves as candidates for President in 2028 or labeled as favorites of the Party, were embarrassed by members of the House committee when queried about specific illegal immigrants who committed heinous crimes against their constituents. In none of these cases were the rapists or murderers familiar to these governors. Governor Hochul (D-NY), Governor Walz (D-MN), and Governor Pritzker (D-IL) are only three of the governors of sanctuary states. Still, they are probably the most vocal in defense of the illegals in their states and against Donald Trump’s efforts to rid American cities of dangerous illegal criminals welcomed to our country by Joe Biden and all Democrats.

Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) detailed illegals who had murdered, raped, or lit on fire residents of New York. These were all cases so unfathomable that they hit the national news, but Hochul had no recollection of the cases, one of which happened in Albany, where Hochul lives and works. These illegals are the people that Sanctuary governors are putting ahead of their constituent’s safety in total disregard for the primary role of a state’s chief executive. However, obligation is not the priority of these governors or anyone else in the Democrat Party. The illegal immigrants present many opportunities for the Democrats far beyond the foolish people who they represent.

The 20 million illegals that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris invited into our country are the key to securing power for the Democrats for generations, and here is how it works. The Left started the process by modifying the census to count all residents, not just legal citizens. This makes a tremendous difference to Congress. One of the reasons for the census is to allocate representation. Every 750,000 people is considered a district and a member of the House of Representatives. Twenty million illegals equate to 27 additional members of Congress. When the Democrats get through with redistricting, they hope these 27 will be Left-leaning members and secure a solid majority. It is a devious, well thought out plan.

The other issue integral to the Democrat’s plan is to ensure that Voter ID laws never get enacted. No ID is key to getting illegals to the polls by either using someone else’s identity or fraudulently registering illegals to vote. This why the Democrats lobbied so hard to prohibit local town or city clerks from questioning citizenship when someone presents a voter registration card and why cards are distributed to anyone visiting a social services office. Charlie Dingman, the Chair of the Maine Democratic Party, may have had a slip of the tongue when he claimed, “The Voter ID initiative on the ballot in November could result in the loss of 13,000 Democrat voters.” He was confirming what all of us believed. The Democrats have corrupted the entire voting process. Early voting, absentee voting, vote harvesting, remote ballot drop-off, and loose registration rules have destroyed the credibility of the voting process. For a Party that claims to be the Champions of Democracy, they appear to be the Champions of the Illegals. They do not want any illegals deported, whether they are hard criminals or not. Every one of these 20 million is a vote to these haters of America. Maybe before they spout off about democracy, they take a few minutes and read the Constitution. They may realize it was written to protect the rights of Americans, something Democrats cannot grasp.
