Joe Biden has been holding firm that his son did nothing wrong, and this was a political witch-hunt dragging his poor son through these needless trials. Well, in a surprise twist on what was to be the first day of Hunter Biden’s Tax Evasion trial, Biden walked into court and changed his plea to guilty. Hunter’s actions surprised everyone, including the DOJ attorneys. Because his father will be out of the White House in a few months and then unable to bail Hunter out with a pardon or commutation, it appears that Hunter Biden would instead end this legal chapter now. Then, the pressure will be on the father to use his get-out-of-jail card.

This morning’s analysis intimated that this trial would be so salacious it would raise the hair on Stormy Daniel’s legs. Unlike his gun case, which was cut and dry about one act, this case would tear apart his life. The sex, drugs, and absurd spending would be scrutinized. All of the illegal deductions he took on the returns he did file and the returns he never filed would be aired in public. The Biden name would be sullied, but the unveiling of Joe Biden’s role in Hunter’s schemes would be even more costly. Hunter had no choice but to avoid this trial. Now, Joe’s choice is to break his promise to America or let his remaining son do prison time. You can bank on the pardon on the morning of January 20th, the last day of Biden’s term.

Hunter did try one last Hail Mary. We requested that the court allow him to plead guilty but maintain his innocence. This tactic is tried when the defendant believes he is innocent but cannot get a fair trial by jury. The judge must have looked at poor Hunter with total disbelief and said, “Son, you cannot really believe that crap,” and ruled no. You want to end this charade, then plead guilty, period. After hours of haggling, that is what Hunter did.

This miscalculation is the latest in a string of bad decisions by President Biden. He destroyed our energy independence and made us victims of OPEC or Venezuelan oil supplies and costs. He took the Trump vice grip off of Iran, and they have turned the Middle East into a battleground again. He dangled Student Loan Relief in front of Gen-Z numerous times, and the Supreme Court shot him down every time. He assuaged the Radical Left by being sympathetic to Hamas and stomping on Israel, our strongest ally in the Middle East. He rushed an evacuation from Afghanistan that caused chaos and the death of thirteen brave young American service people. He then looked at his watch in boredom as their flag-draped coffins returned home. All these bad decisions are dwarfed by his biggest mistake, which was choosing Kamala Harris as a running mate. Harris was supposed to be an insurance policy against the 25th Amendment. Nobody would push him aside and allow Kamala Harris behind the resolute desk. She turned on him like a scene from Game of Thrones and threw Joe to the curb. Her campaign was in full swing five minutes after Joe dropped by the side of the road.

Joe has proven why Barack Obama whispered in his ear in 2020, “Joe, you don’t have to do this.” Barack knew Joe was out of his league. Unfortunately, 82 million disillusioned voters didn’t share Obama’s thoughts.
