Two stories were born on Tuesday and were synchronized and equally ugly. Kamala Harris completed her 36-hour coup to kick Joe Biden to the curb and assume his spot in the 2024 Presidential race. The legacy media showed their hand by fawning over the Vice President and spouting all of the talking points supplied by the Democrat National Committee. It was a pathetic day for America as it highlighted the disregard for Democracy by the Dems and the total avoidance of the truth by the media. The two factions have joined forces to destroy Donald Trump and get Kamala Harris into the White House.

I was appalled at some of the baseless comments she dished out during her first rally that drew loud applause, showing how little her followers understand the facts. They are reveling in the moment and sucking up all the gaslighting Kamala can throw at them.

The first comment was about the accomplishments of the Biden/Harris team. She said, “Joe Biden accomplished more in one term than any other President in history, and more than most Presidents accomplished in two terms.” Cue the applause signs, but what does that statement say, and what are some examples? Crickets, but the line drew a rousing round of applause. Let’s turn up the gas.

She went on to explain that while she was the AG of California, she prosecuted “Predators who abuse women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain. So hear me when I say, I know Donald Trump’s type.”

She failed to tell the crowd, but she also knows Shawn Michael Tillman, a repeat felon, who shot and killed a passenger on a light rail platform in St. Paul, Minnesota, in May of 2020 after reportedly being released from jail on April 29 for indecent exposure thanks to the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF). The MFF was a fund set up by then Senator Harris to pay bail to release people arrested during the Summer of Love.

She went on to challenge Donald Trump to compare his credentials with her. Be careful what you ask for, Kamala. Kamala’s career was started and pushed by the former Mayor of San Francisco, Willie Brown, with whom she was having an affair, and she was added to the 2020 ticket because of her color and gender. Trump created a worldwide real estate empire and won the Presidency, against all odds, in 2016. Kamala, you might want to hesitate before going down that path.

Lawrence O’Donnell hosts the show “The Last Word” on MSNBC, and it should be called The Last Lie. He unabashedly gushed over Harris’ first day and reminded us of the chills up the leg of Chris Matthews, formerly of MSNBC, caused by Barack Obama. It was an embarrassing display for a news person, and Joy Reid, also of MSNBC (do you see a pattern here), went to social media to implore all people of color to support Kamala Harris because it is your obligation—a great way to make the race about color and not qualifications. Maybe color and gender is the only thing keeping Joy Reid on the air.
