Ilhan Omar is demonstrating the Somali Two-Step as she dances around every question on the Sunday talk shows, deflecting any connection to the Somali fraud case reverberating throughout Minnesota. She could win Dancing with the Stars, and she would still not be believable. There is no guarantee, but it is a sure bet that nothing happens in the Somali community in Minneapolis that Omar is not aware of.

Of course, Omar had many people and organizations to point fingers of blame. Still, the richest was placing the responsibility for the fraud in excess of one billion dollars solidly on the FBI. It does not matter that it is suspected that the Somalis funneled money from social aid programs to alleged terrorist groups in the homeland; it is not their fault. The missing (stolen) money is the FBI’s responsibility for not investigating and charging more people. Ironically, if law enforcement had been investigating the Somali’s as Omar suggested, she would have been on every news broadcast alleging profiling and racism. As usual, she inserted her foot in her mouth when she took a shot at Stephen Miller for his criticism of the situation, comparing him to Hitler with SS-type behavior. She obviously is unaware that Miller is Jewish before she draws the comparison of the Fascist leader who was responsible for the killing of six million jews and the assistant chief of staff, who is Jewish. It was a lazy statement, not designed for its factual content but for its inflammatory impact, creating a soundbite that every facet of mainstream media would carry. The irony is that legacy media (ABC, CBS, and NBC) will report on Ilhan Omar’s comments, but in the first week after the fraud was uncovered, the three networks combined for zero minutes of coverage of the missing taxpayer dollars in Minnesota.

What is it that protects the members of the Squad from scrutiny? Is it a fear of racism that pointing out the mistakes, impaired judgment, or simply breaking the law by these charlatans in Congress will bring about rage against the entity shining a light on the misdeeds? Or is it the power of the voting bloc these people represent? It is said that you cannot win any office in Minnesota without Somali support. This is a perilous situation in which politicians become complicit in wrongdoing in exchange for votes.

I genuinely believe that Omar knew about these fraud schemes, including the one played out by her friend, who owns a restaurant that Omar has used for campaign celebrations. He stole millions by charging the government for meals during COVID that he never cooked, served, or delivered. He simply filled out the phony paperwork and cashed the checks.

Ilhan Omar is a fraud. She hates America and has no place being in Congress representing any portion of this great country. She married her brother to circumvent immigration laws, which puts everything about her in this country a sham. She is an illegal and should be sent back to Somalia, which she still calls home. Nobody in Congress, or political office at any level in the United States, should have dual citizenship or a homeland. You put your hand on the Bible, not the Koran, and pledge your allegiance to our Constitution. If that is a lie, then everything about you is a fraud.
