I am not going to go back too far in time, only to 2020 and the second Summer of Love. In the last five years, the Democrats have given us enough to show that they are more concerned and bigger fans of people who commit crimes against Americans than they are of the actual victims of the crimes. They have a pattern of creating martyrs and folk heroes of these thugs, and it defies logic. Today is the one-year anniversary of the shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Thompson was shot and killed in a “brazen, targeted attack” in Midtown Manhattan on December 4, 2024. The case gained widespread media attention, and the alleged shooter, Luigi Mangione, was arrested a week later in Pennsylvania. Books, movies, and documentaries have emerged, and protestors gather in support of Mangione whenever he appears in court.

These are some of the works. There are multiple recent books and movies about Luigi Mangione, including books like LUIGI: The Making and the Meaning by John H. Richardson and documentaries such as Who is Luigi Mangione? on Hulu and HBO Max, and Manhunt: Luigi Mangione and the CEO Murder on Hulu. Other related books, such as Last Known Contact by Mario Rodriguez and The Biography of Luigi Mangione by James Tran, are also available. 

We already confirmed the hatred of America by the Left. They look upon our country as a land stolen from the Native Americans and built with the blood and sweat of slaves imported from Africa. It is a sad and twisted vision and one they have been spreading in classrooms for decades. This is the American history our children are taught thanks to liberal, progressive teachers who have graduated from our indoctrination system.

When George Floyd died on the sidewalk of Minneapolis with enough drugs in his system to put any man down, the Left looked past Floyd’s criminal history and what brought him to that spot to die, but immediately went after the police officers who were attempting to arrest Floyd. They elevated Floyd to the symbol of repression perpetuated against people of color by a rogue law enforcement community. Monuments were quickly erected in Minneapolis and across the typical progressive enclaves in America. Black Lives Matter fed off the death of Floyd, and he thrust them into the mainstream as politicians were afraid to speak out against the Ponzi scheme most of us saw in BLM. BLM has since fallen, but it took far too long for the country to see the organization as the opportunistic group it is.

Today’s victims that have gained the support of the Left are the narco-terrorists that our military is blowing out of the ocean, along with their poisonous cargo, which they are transporting to our land from Venezuela. These actions are part of Donald Trump’s plan to stop the flow of Fentanyl, cocaine, or any other chemical meant to kill Americans before it hits our shore. In the eyes of the Left, these “sailors” are victims and not terrorists who mean to do us harm. Trump, Hegseth, and the military are the villains, and the Left wants the actions stopped and the heads of those responsible on a stake.

We need to keep drawing attention to the absurdity of the thinking of the Left and stop them from poisoning our children with their version of the “truth.” The tide may be turning away from the Left and their radical ideas, but we cannot afford to sink America deeper before we save her.
