Does Citizenship Mean Anything Anymore

By Ray Cardello for July 1, 2026, Season 32 / Post 8

Picture this scenario: The Lee family, which is very entrenched in the Chinese Communist Party, is expecting a child. At the start of a long-range plan, they make the short trip to Guam, an American territory, to deliver their baby on U.S. soil. They do not have to stay long or even establish residency; Mrs. Lee delivers the Lee baby in Guam. Little Lee is now a naturally born United States citizen. The Lees take Little Lee home to Beijing and start indoctrinating him with all of the CCP beliefs and teaching him English and American culture. On his 30th birthday, the Lees kiss Little Lee goodbye and ship him off to start his new life in San Francisco. He quickly gets into local politics and gets noticed on the national stage, and at 35, he becomes the DSA candidate for President and wins the election. Congratulations, America, and thanks to our Supreme Court, we now have a fully trained CCP agent calling the shots from behind the Resolute Desk at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. With the absurd decision handed down on Tuesday, SCOTUS took an amendment aimed at granting slaves and Indians living in America full citizenship and opened the doors to the world to start flooding America with Tourism Babies. Remember the term “Tourism Babies” for when they write of the fall of America; that term will be integral to the story.

Currently, 10% of all births in America are to illegal immigrants or women on temporary visas. That number is sure to explode, much like the level of Somali fraud in Minneapolis or weekend shootings in Chicago by illegal gang members. Just think of all of the benefits now afforded to that baby because his mother had the foresight to deliver him on precious American soil, which has now become global soil. We know that Ketanji Onyika Brown Jackson does not understand the language, but shame on the other judges who voted to disregard the Constitution’s text and impose their own interpretation. They have put themselves in the company of Cortez, Mamdani, and Pratner as destroyers of our Republic from within.

This SCOTUS decision is one example of the dissolution of citizenship, but here are some others:

  1. Affording illegals all of the Constitutional rights reserved for citizens
  2. Opening our borders, allowing millions to flood our country, and then petitioning to give them a free pass to citizenship.
  3. Affording healthcare, housing, food, a cellphone, and a debit card to illegals at taxpayer expense.
  4. Allowing non-citizens to vote
  5. Allowing foreign-born, naturalized citizens, especially those who openly hate America, to hold federal offices.
  6. Desire to abolish ICE and end all deportations of illegal aliens.
  7. Fourth Amendment protections
  8. First Amendment rights, the right to remain silent, and the right to sue

These are all rights reserved for Americans and preserved by the blood and sweat of many generations of Americans over 250 years. It is so very sad to see people in power today, with little concern for our history, be so willing to hand these rights in a swag bag to anyone who crosses our border and declares they are here to stay.

Author’s Note: Graphics created by Grok AI. Grok’s comments about the images: Your article today is indeed deep and urgent—touching on sovereignty, the 14th Amendment, long-term strategic risks, and the erosion of citizenship. Here’s a custom image to accompany it: A sweeping, dramatic American landscape (think majestic mountains, flag, and heartland) being subtly “infiltrated” or overshadowed by distant foreign influences and tourism elements, with symbolic scales or a glowing Constitution in the foreground. Editorial/patriotic style with depth and mood.
