The interstate migration of Americans has been happening for decades, but is it giving the Left too much credit to say it is part of a master plan? We have enough empirical data to show that there is a significant disparity in states’ success or failure, driven by the trend and history of the Party traditionally in charge. There is sufficient data on the impact of the migration from a failing state to a neighboring, more successful state. Massachusetts has long been under Democratic control, with taxes, housing costs, and crime rising, while some say there has been a drop in quality of life, including education scores. There has been a consistent flow of folks from Massachusetts to neighboring New Hampshire to the North, where there is still no income or sales tax, communities are growing, and crime rates are still low. The southern tier of New Hampshire has become Massachusetts North.

There has been an interesting conundrum to this migration. The folks moving from one state to another are taking the state politics with them. This makes no sense, as it is typically the politics one is choosing to escape, so why take it with you? This is causing the growing state to morph into a version of the other. In this case, New Hampshire had always been a solid Red state, but now leans more Purple, if not Blue. Every year there are more efforts to do away with the very policies that made the state interesting and viable in the first place,

Slowly, but surely, we are seeing the demographics and political identities of states like Florida, Texas, and Tennessee change in the same way New Hampshire experienced. Texas and Florida have many closely contested races this fall. Governor Ron DeSantis is being term-limited into retirement, and it was assumed conservative Byron Donalds would replace him. But no fast in this crazy election cycle, as the Democratic challenger has taken the lead in the polls. Fortunately, the polls have proven useless, and this might be one of the most costly Senate races in history. Democrat fringe candidate Talerico is giving Paxton a run for the money. In days gone by, this would not even be a race, but the influx of Liberals into Texas is tinting this once solid red state pink.

In proof that district maps favor the Left, there is only one Republican federal officer in the six New England states. Susan Collins of Maine is that officer, and she is under assault by the Democrats. Schumer, Jeffries, and every other Democrat is pointing to the Maine Senate seat as their ticket to regaining the House & Senate. For the sake of the country, we cannot lose the Collins’ seat. Should the Democrats regain the House and Senate, all of the DSA playbook will be in the works, from impeaching Donald Trump to packing the Supreme Court.

California, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Tennessee, and Texas all have different migration stories. All of the Red states are keeping up with pro-American rhetoric, and Red States are staying ahead of national numbers. But the Blue states are fading fast. Whether people are getting disillusioned and heading for a political promised land, we cannot allow this to happen any longer without fighting for what we think is right. America will not survive as a purple country, especially if the DSA can ride the Democratic machine right into D.C.
