Very few industries rely on polling data as much as politics. That includes the 24/7 campaign machine, for, after all, politicians’ primary job is to run for and be reelected to office. Nothing written or spoken is released before it is poll-tested. Even the big-dollar donors do not write checks with lots of zeros to their favorite party or candidate if the poll numbers do not show a favorable return on investment for their dollars. So why is it that the Democrats are not changing directions in their policies as the ratings continue to plummet weekly to the lowest level in history? The Democrats lost the only poll that really matters: the people’s poll on Election Day, and they have doubled down on all of their losing policies since. A perfect example is the 80-20 issue of biological males participating in female sports. 80% of Americans, including 67% of Democrats, align with the President’s Executive Order prohibiting boys from playing with girls, but only 2 of 260 voted to make the EO a law. That is 258 Democrats, including every Democrat Senator, who turned their backs on 80% of the country. That is a ticket to a very short political career.

The Democrat Party is a leaderless pack of ideologues who have become puppets of some faceless individual. All of the Democrats who showed up at the Capital on Tuesday night holding foolish signs, turning their backs on the President, wearing graphic t-shirts, causing disruptions, or walking out early did so in defiance of their two leaders, Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries. These two men have been rendered insignificant by their members. Those on the left side of the chamber sat on their hands in protest of Donald Trump but also in utter disrespect for the Chief Executive of the country, who was chosen for the job by the American voters.

Many of these Democrat women were dressed in pink to show unity with women but could not stand and applaud the young female volleyball player who survived a blow to her head by a spiked ball from a male playing as a female. This Party has turned its back on women by allowing gangs and terrorists to cross our border and make their neighborhoods less safe. The only time they support women, which they cannot define and want to label as “inseminated persons,” is when abortion rights are under fire.

They could not stand for a young Black boy who had survived a dozen brain surgeries to conquer cancer, who dreamed of being a cop, as he was made an honorary Secret Service Agent. Maybe they would have stood if the boy had been from Gaza, as they have abandoned the Black and Brown communities in lieu of illegals from around the world.

The Democrat Party has found its new purpose as a minstrel show. They turned every rally into a lousy song and even disrupted the censure of Al Green into an off-key choral rendition of We Will Overcome. It fell flat and may result in the loss of committee assignments. They are losing traction as a political force and are becoming a bad joke in Washington. Their lies, Russian obsession, and art of deflection are getting them nowhere except total insignificance, a perfect spot for a canceled sitcom.
