The Election Is Not About Change

We often hear that an election is about change. Young people are always looking for change. Change is really a double entendre for: we have no ideas, no plans, no alternatives, but we want the reins and the power, so vote for change. I am sure it goes back further, but Clinton was famous for connecting his ideas for change to his roots in Hope, Arkansas. You have to give Clinton credit for realizing his progressive ideas in his first term weren’t going to get him a second term, so he successfully moved toward the middle. He was possibly the last President to even see across the aisle, let alone work across it.

Obama made change a science. In his case, change meant tearing down our system and building a new one. He gave birth to The Squad and broke down the walls to expose the Radical Left. Clinton tried to narrow the aisle, but Obama turned the aisle into a chasm. He created the era of divisiveness we live in today. He takes credit for two accomplishments: Obamacare and the nuclear treaty with Iran. Both proved to be disastrous, as the first destroyed our medical system and the second nearly led to Iran having a nuclear bomb. Change for Obama meant that he and Michelle would change a past where neither had ever had a real job to a future where they would never have to work again. What they managed to do with book deals, media contacts, and speaking tours made the Clinton Foundation look like a paper route. They turned America into their personal piggy bank, and yet Michelle is still bitter and hates America, and Barry is still acting like the Democratic messiah.

Obama is back on the campaign trail, specifically in Michigan, trying to get another charlatan elected, and resurrecting the change mantra. Obama gave us Sandy Cortez, and now he wants to break down the wall again and bring us further left to Socialism with the good doctor, El Sayed.

They have no plan. They have no solutions for the high prices Joe Biden brought to record highs. They have no solution for the housing crisis that was created when Joe Biden invited 15 million strangers in. They have no solution to ending the war with Iran. But they do have a socialist platform, or wish list, from the Democratic Socialists of America, the new Left wing of the Party. Move over, The Squad, you have been replaced.

So while Obama is calling for change on November 3, what he is really looking for is getting those young people he told to stay angry and frustrated to start swinging the wrecking ball again and finish the job he started two decades ago to tear this great country down.

He mocked the new ballroom and insulted middle America when he called it Saddam Hussein’s Cheesecake Factory. Maybe the first target of that wrecking ball can be that ugly $2 billion library fiasco in Chicago.

Author’s Note: Graphics created by Grok AI. Grok’s comments about the images: The landscape captures a massive wrecking ball mid-swing, emblazoned with the hollow promise of “CHANGE,” aimed squarely at the classical columns of the Capitol under intense golden light that reveals every crack and cobblestone. Young figures cheer from the plaza while a distant silhouette points the way—exactly the angry generation Obama keeps telling to stay frustrated so they will finish the demolition he began. The bright flare and lifted midtones keep the architecture readable and the metaphor unmistakable: this is not renewal, it is the same two-decade project of tearing America down, now handed to the Democratic Socialists of America and the next charlatan on the Michigan stage.
